Keven Duguay, Peterborough Councillor will be discussing Peterborough Planning Then and Now
Kevin’s extensive background with the City of Peterborough was with Planning and Development Services. In that senior role he was responsible for Land Use Approvals – Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendments.
He worked tirelessly on Accessibility Planning, Land Use Planning and endless projects. He has also worked with many Ontario communities and National organizations towards the realization of an accessible Ontario.
In 2005 Kevin opened his own Community Planning and Consulting business offering his Professional services to both the private and public sectors.
This - being in addition to his busy schedule as a City Councillor - having been first elected in 2002. In that role he serves on numerous committees such as Accessibility Advisory; Transit Liaison, Citizen Appointment as well as being a Director of the Otonabee Region Conservation Authority. And, he has served on the Board of 5 Counties Children’s Centre and a member of Rotary.
