Based in Toronto, Steve Chapelle has been providing Information Management Best Practices Education to professionals, students, parents and retiree organizations since 2006.  His background of over 20 years was routed in information technology management, analysis and customer service roles in the financial services sectors.  His experience and areas of focus have included information privacy, security, availability and disaster recovery planning.

With his expertise he will guide us through three primary areas – Existing AI – Concerns - and Hypothetical AI.
