Diane Czarnik
Our February 2025 Speaker

Hospice Care in our community
We are so fortunate to have Diane Czarnik from Hospice Peterborough
address our membership at the February 5th meeting.
Diane was drawn to Hospice Peterborough’s work over 25 years ago having come from a strong background in nursing. She has served in numerous
volunteer roles including supporting the fundraising committee, capital campaign, Hike Peterborough and the Speakers’ Bureau.
We will learn so much from Diane’s presentation andvalue her input when responding to our members’ questions. Don’t miss this thought-provoking topic
of great sensitivity.
About Hospice Peterborough:
Thanks to generous volunteer and donor support,
Hospice Peterborough offers, at no cost, quality
support to individuals and families living with or
affected by life-threatening illness and grief. Hospice
Peterborough’s 25 programs and services offer care
and support from the time of a diagnosis through
end of life and grief.
Guided by a philosophy of compassion, respect and
autonomy, the organization’s team of specially-
trained staff and volunteers work together to care for
the whole person, improve quality of life and
enhance comfort.
When individuals and families come to Hospice, they
realize they are not alone.
